Mature ladies

I have deep attraction to mature older ladies of all different shapes and sizes, especially one's that no longer think there attractive I work with quite a few and all I can think about its ripping there clothes off. I don't really find ladies my age very attractive anymore (28) I've always wondered if I made it clear to them or made some advances would they be interested ? I just don't want to try and fail then be embarrassed at work. It pains me to see a older lady feeling down about there age/body and all I want to do is let them know I'm definitely interested !!
