What to do?

I'm a Caucasian man in my mid fifties who now finds himself in a sexless marriage due to his wife's infirmity following an accident.
I'm fit and active and the thought of not having sex ever again is very depressing.
I have no intention of seeking a divorce as I still love my wife. Hiring a sex worker is also not an option due to my concern about health issues.
Are there any local women reading this who find themselves in a similar situation and who might be able to help?
It would be good to have a female friend in need.
