I'm a Native English speaker based in East London, U.K and I'm currently seeking a home based role that allows me to use my home office.
My skills/experience includes:
Knowledge of 12 switchboards/ phone systems.
Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate level)
Some outlook experience.
Some Acting Supervisor experience.
Administration/ General office support.
Customer Services (including handling difficult customers)
Helpdesk and front desk
Search Engines and general internet use.
35 wpm typing
National Health Service (NHS), Government/Local Authority and Some IT.
My home office contains: Broadband Internet, Windows XP, Skype Phone, Landline, Webcam, Printer, Scanner, Copier and a headset with a microphone.
I do not wish to apply for: roles involving collecting/delivering catalogues, paying upfront fees or cold calling roles.
