PA/ Office manager required for small, fast growing company in Amersham

We are a small but fast growing organisation based at lovely offices in Amersham and require a PA/office manager.
The team is very friendly and we need someone to support the director in organising and co-ordinating the administration of the office, to ensure that it is run efficiently and that we provide the necessary support to for our clients.

Hours
The role is initially part-time with a view to being full-time in the future. If you are only interested in a part-time role, this is not a problem. The core hours will be during the daytime, Monday to Friday, for example 10am to 2:30pm in the beginning but there is some flexibility.

Responsibilities include
• Diary management
• Dealing with enquiries from clients
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support with invoicing and forms
• Some event management, arranging meetings
• Liaising with office suppliers
• Preparing presentations and reports

The ideal person person will be able to demonstrate the following
•Fluent spoken and written English
•European language skills would be very useful
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
•Excellent interpersonal skills, by email, on the telephone and face-to-face
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to be discreet and tactful when dealing with people
•Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
•Willingness to learn

Other Notes
A positive and energetic personality type is ideal as we are a small organisation. The ability to maintain diplomacy at all times and show initiative are desirable. Previous office manager/ PA experience is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate. A willingness to learn and be flexible are also desirable.

Package
Competitive salary dependant on experience.
