Seeking a female personal assistant who Must be good in office administration, MS office applications, be able to keep record of appointments, give attention to detail, out of box thinker and ready to take some initiative.
Your duties include:
screening telephone calls and handling enquiries
organising your manager's diary and making appointments
dealing with letters and emails
writing letters and producing reports and presentations
organising and maintaining office systems
taking notes at meetings
making travel arrangements
looking after visitors.
standing in for the manager in their absence
acting as office manager and supervising other administrative staff
dealing with accounts and budgets
Attention to detail
This job may require travel hence suitable for someone who is single, in addition to this you must be very charming, attractive, well dressed and very open minded, ( what does that mean? think out of box)
Salary Between 30k to 35k per annum
