B2B Sales Executives

We are looking for Sales executives. There are two roles available, telephone sales and face to face sales. This a B2B sales role. We are a fast growing company looking for new members to add to our growing team of professional sales executives.

We are a leading offline advertising company, offering our services to nearly any type of business you can imagine. We specialise in the design, printing and distribution of leaflets, magazines and other printed materials. Our service is currently in high demand with businesses of all kinds. It is a simple product, simple sale, quick turn round for payments.

How much you will earn?

We provide a very generous commission of 10% per sale, average sale is between £450-5,000. Average earnings for our sales agents is 35k OTE per annum and commission is uncapped meaning you are in control of how much you earn – the sky is the limit. Average commission per sale is £200.

Your target is 15 sales per month for the first 3 months (after this probation period it will then be 20), however it is easy to make a deal a day.

How will you be paid?

You will be paid on the day of the sale directly into your bank account. Unlike other companies we will pay you as soon as the deal has been done. No waiting for paycheques.

We will be keen for the role to develop into a full-time paid position with a basic wage of 18k in addition to commissions within 2-3 months depending on results and proven success. However you would be expected to work from an office based within London, alternately you can stay self-employed at work from home.

The ideal candidate will be:

· A self employed freelance sales person looking for great commission

· Someone who is hungry to succeed and the capability to sell every day

· Self-motivated to cold call over the phone or sell face to face

· Be target driven and motivated by money and success

· Being proactive in lead sourcing can be an advantage

· PC literate (MS Office and web-browsing), tenacious and a good communicator you must have the ability to close a sale.

· It would be advantageous if candidates have a previous experience in B2B sales although not essential.

We will provide you with training and a script and support from Head Office. You will need to be on a phone contract that offers unlimited calls to UK mobiles and landline. You will need a PC, broadband and landline telephone for which reasonable expenses will be paid.

This is a self-employed role so the successful applicant will be responsible for their own Tax and NI and be able to prove eligibility to reside and work in the UK.

We are looking for people who are available for an IMMEDIATE START, however we will consider other candidates who are available from a later date depending on their suitability.
