NP & Assc Property are looking for an experienced Construction & Property Manager to join their small but busy team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record looking after a prestigious portfolio of residential & commerical property.
The role duties will include:
Managing a residential & commercial property portfolio
Liaising with tenants and landlords on a weekly or monthly basis as well as dealing with councils and estate agents
Overseeing the day to day maintenance of the portfolio
Co-ordinate contractors to carry out necessary work
Overseeing redecoration projects
Processing of contractor invoices including remittances
Liaise with Landlords to approve costs on work that needs to be carried out
Ensure gas certificates are always valid and in place
Ensuring that all buildings are in accordance with RICS code of practice
Circulating information to residents concerning management issues
Maintaining an updated property file
Health & Safety – To provide a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and visitors.
To lead the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.
Organisational – Monitor the value engineering, design and material selection to ensure they meet the requirements of the contract.
Ensure that the works are installed in accordance with the drawings, specifications and other requirements of the contract.
Location – prepared to travel and work anywhere in the UK
Minimum 4 years experience in property & construction management
Strong IT skills
A valid driving license and a car
The offices are easily accessible, and parking is provided.
