Ex professional athlete with own gym in Herts

I'm an ex professional athlete with my own gym space in Hemel Hempstead, no amateur training systems allowed ! The gym is set up for CrossFit too. If you ask about training naked then please realise that is a kink and has nothing to do with getting fit, different rates do apply ! The gym can be hired. I have no experience as a masseur, in case you ask. There is a plan where you can come once a month and I provide a training plan and telephone support but, regular attendance is best. How else can I properly correct your form ?
