I have been renting this huge room out on and off since 2007. It has a double bed, armchair/sitting area and own tv/fridge with lots of storage. I am a private Landlord renting out 3 complete properties in this area. I would like someone to have it who is maybe down on their luck or going through a hard time. SINGLE OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES! AS THE ONLY PEOPLE I HAVE IN ARE TRADESMEN. I HAVE BEEN IN THE LOCAL AND LEGAL ADULT INDUSTRY IN ONE OF MY OTHER FLATS, BUT COVID RUINED THAT, I MAY RETURN, BUT THIS IS NOT A WORK ROOM. Must be a non smoker and "friendly".
