I have room now in a modern flat near by East Croydon station ( 3 mins walk ). It’s a great location to work from. I’m looking for a someone who likes to take a place for longer period, is clean and polite, free from drama and drugs. Flat is modern two bedroom two bathrooms, intercom, discreet building. You will share a place with my friend ( she’s also a working girl ), very easy going person.
You can live and work (600£ ) or work only 500£ per week. Please note there is some rules inside the flat:
- no pimps or boyfriends
- no illegal substances
- no sharing - place is for one person
- no bookings after 10pm - overnights stay is fine.
