Been over 20 years since....

I am a married white male age 63 very nearly,
my wife has physical disabilities that greatly hinders intimacy and has medication that virtually removed her desire for sex,
for over 20 years I have not experienced sexual intimacy beyond a kiss good night.
Even attempts of self relief ' frustration buster ' no longer help as though I can become aroused I do not,cannot finish I just get bored & mentally blocked simply adding to my frustrations so I do not try anymore.
I think as the years past I became used to this and not missed it but today I find myself indeed missing simple joys of intimacy.
Age 62,slim,graying hair and height 172cm.
