Mature man looking for female friends

Hello,
I am a mature man who has lots of male friends but no female friends and would like to make some. This may or may not lead onto something more, only time will tell, but even if it doesn't, it would still be nice to have more friends that are female. Any age or looks are welcome, as it is more about the person. I am a very easy person to get on with and like to try new things, so open to any suggestions you may have. I am retired, have my own transport, and I'm financially secure. I live in Acle, as small village in between Norwich and Great Yarmouth, but more than willing to travel.
I am 66 years of age, 5ft 8ins tall, I'm white, English, mainly bald with some grey hair and have blue eyes. I have a slim build, I'm clean, fit and healthy, and I keep myself very active going for walks and other exercises.
